Should Craven & Co Ltd (Craven Catering) be asked to attend site to inspect possible damaged or unserviceable goods and upon inspection it is found that Craven & Co Ltd (Craven Catering) has not caused the problems then a call out charge (based on time and travel, min £50.00) will be levied.

We are pleased to accept urgent orders over the phone but cannot be held responsible for any transcription errors which may occur. It is in the customers’ interest to provide written confirmation of all orders. All orders subject to full terms and conditions.
Payment Terms:
Our payment terms for customers with established credit accounts are 30 days from end of month following date of invoice. New credit accounts can usually be opened within 48 hours. New customers are requested to send payment with order to ensure prompt delivery.
Product Design Changes:
We pursue a continuous product improvement programme and equipment supplied may have design improvements made after publication of this price list.
Installation Plans:
We offer a free planning service for shelving installations to fit specific dimensions of rooms or storage areas and can provide layout plans with quotations to illustrate our proposal for customised installations.

Dimensions shown are overall sizes in millimetres. Castors are 100mm unless otherwise stated.
Prices:
All prices quoted are correct at the time of going to print. All prices are subject to VAT E.&O.E. Prices may be subject to variation due to stainless steel surcharges. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Minimum Order Charges:
Orders for all products carry a £50.00 minimum order value i.e. orders less than £50.00 will be made up to £50.00 in value.
